A fun course for sure and a speedy one at that. Our athletes love the weather and time of year of the event. It has a great “vibe”. The Tristar plan calls for a mix of long and short intervals on the bike in the aerobars. We use course specific training sessions on the aerobars uphill so that you can crank on the flat sections of the bike course and still run well. We calculate your training stress exactly to the course dynamics.
