We have partnered with Tristar Athletes coaching to help improve our employees health, well-being, resilience, teamwork and motivation through, nutrition, general fitness and endurance activities. (Walking, hiking, soccer, swimming, biking, running, nutrition, strength training …and any way you move your body!)

At Glenfarne we are dedicated to our employees achievement in heath and in our business.

To get started, submit your document form and then join the Glenfarne team app. Our coaches will then contact you with next steps.

  • We have designed a scholarship program for you to join that offers free coaching and team support towards your health/fitness goals and or completing an endurance event of your choice. Employees will have the ability to ask the Tristar Athletes coaches questions about their training in monthly meetings and through our online training app.

  • Available to all employees who actively participate in the program.

    • Your own customized training plan for a variety of goals; example to “lose weight” or “compete” in an endurance event such as a run, bike, swim or other sporting event.

    • Monthly team calls to gauge training progress and ask questions as a team.

    • Stay motivated with our Glenfarne Team app, powered by Tristar Athletes coaching education and nutrition consulting.

    • Gain FREE entry into your local endurance event or enter one of three Glenfarne premium endurance events throughout the year.

  • By application only after two months of program consistency. *Limited spaces available and Includes all of the mentorship benefits including the following;

    • Paid hotel and airfare to the Glenfarne signature events, including any race entry fees.

    • ELITE team coaching level; Have a one to one coaching relationship with a Tristar Athletes certified coach, meeting regularly to discuss progress and goals. Message your coaches directly to stay on track with feedback.

    • Complete custom training plan; designed for your goals and strengths and weakness.
