  • Our coaches and teams are far flung but somehow with the feeling of being just next-door. Each team meets regularly on zoom with our coaches, in person at organized local events and in real-time with other members and coaches in our network app each day.

    The app is fully customized for each company and offers a web based, IOS and Android version that is branded.

    We help companies improve health behaviors and stay fit in both time and space across the world.

    We believe each employee needs to know they are valued and cared for; whether they work remotely, in the office or in the field.

    In a competitive job market, companies must show employees that they value both their mental health and physical health. In addition, the most successful companies will demonstrate how to do this working together toward a common goal as a team.

  • We start by getting to know each employee, develop a plan of action and create a personal roadmap for success.

    We use realtime feedback, coaching data analysis, interactive group and 1x1 meetings to help keep each employee engaged so that concrete lifestyle changes can be made.

    From here we learn and develop the experiences to help each team member unlock their own goals and success.

    Employees are encouraged to participate in regular team challenges to earn points working on their individual activity plans but also for raising money towards their favorite charities. Our MOVE Challenge is one of our most popular employee engagement programs where individuals can win prizes, get fit and do something good for their community.
