Working with one of our coaches means you are working with our entire staff. Leveraging the life experience of each coach as a collective group has allowed our athletes to be highly successful in achieving their goals.

Our coaches meet weekly to discuss each athletes progress and our principal coaches direct our level I,II and III coaches in our apprenticeship continuing education program.

Since its inception Tristar Athletes coaching staff has over 1K+ life years of coaching in working with endurance athletes from the start of their training to each finish line!

As an athlete you may be working 1x1 with a Tristar Coach, but you have collective team of coaches on your side.
