As a “grandfathered in” athlete your coaching pricing will increase from your previous monthly payment as follows or you may also choose from our 2019 coaching levels below.
Grandfathered Tristar Athletes
During your initial consultation our coaches can explain the different coaching levels to help you best. The minimum commitment is three months for the ELITE program.
The plan created for you will be 100% custom for all levels of coaching. Tailored by your coach to your needs, goals and life. In our experience the more we can communicate with you the better. Those athletes who we call, email, text and FaceTime do the best. This is the main price difference to the coaching plans offered within the ELITE program.

Tristar Athletes Level I and Level II Coaches

Kyle is an All-American triathlete looking to shift his focus towards coaching and helping other triathletes realize their potential, physically and mentally. He knows the impact an informed and empathetic coach can have an an individual’s life, and hopes to have a similar impact on the lives of others he will coach.
Kate Bruck is a professional triathlete and life-long competitor. Starting at the age of 7, Kate found success early in the swimming and track and field world, earning a 3rd place national title at the US junior Olympics in track and field.
Megan truly agrees with Ironman’s statement that Anything Is Possible - with proper coaching and training. Balancing work, family and training can be hard, and Megan knows how to help balance all these priorities - Persistence, diligence and a good amount of flexibility.
