Tristar Athlete, the off season or downtime has different meanings for different athletes. Our coaches have put together this resource if you are trying to determine what the off season looks like depending upon your experience and goals.

Off season guidance with your Tristar Athletes coach and approaches

  • Option A. Play your training sessions and block like a deck of cards; this means you have a higher degree of flexibility to move your sessions around and do them as you feel and see fit while still working towards your goals. This short flexible 2-8 week phase is ideal for those who need more of a physical and mental break from a longer season of organized training, while still maintaining the longer term goals you have been working towards.

  • Option B. You and your coach may decide to move you to a maintenance plan for this shorter phase. To learn more about our MENTORSHIP team please follow here. (*Note ELITE team coaching rosters are on a first come first serve basis and ELITE team slots per coach cannot be guaranteed.)
