For Athletes not yet enrolled in our ELITE or MENTORSHIP programs, the 1X1 option provides a meeting one to one with your Tristar Athletes Coach. One to one sessions may be for season planning, training data review, nutrition consulting or any other facet of your sport needs. (This may also be a combination of all of the above.)
