GOAL: Improve the finish of the swim stroke

How its done; Your elbows should be kept close to the body at all times. Position your hands at slightly wider than shoulder width. Super-deep or superwide dips should be avoided as they are not required for the target strength gains. A 90 degree angle is the most you need to improve swim specific strength.
