★★★ Race Pacing For Triathlons - Beginner to advanced

The art of racing and pacing! Our coaches will help you dial in your best race in your plan. We have put together the following tables to help you visualize your race based on perceived effort, power, pace, and heart rate. Based on your recent training and data, your coach will help you select the appropriate pacing strategy.

For the tables below we have three athlete abilities. “A” Level athletes are beginner and within the first two years of racing or less consistent. “B” level athletes have been racing and consistently for multiple years or more. “C” level athletes are top 15% of their age groups, have higher thresholds and have been racing consistently and extensively in their multisport careers.
