Sponsorship agreement: As part of the Tristar Athletes Team you are expected represent our title sponsors with good favor and to use their products and services. At any time Tristar Athletes LLC reserves the right to revoke sponsorship for misrepresenting or abusing any of our sponsorship term agreements. Sponsorship products are subject to change at anytime and are regularly updated with new offerings. Effective dates: Your sponsorship start date is as indicated in this form agreement and will be posted and updated to your monthly coaching invoicing with any pricing discounts, sponsored products or credits. The ELITE TEAM has a three month minimum term commitment prior to cancelling and the MENTORSHIP TEAM team has a six month term. Billing is done monthly and payment is due at the start of each monthly cycle date. You are responsible for payments during any month you have requested training via our online questionnaire. If there are months after the commitment term where you do not request training and decide to cancel, you will be entitled to a store credit if requested. Cancellation can be completed any time by emailing Info@TristarAthlete.com. If your term agreement ends your plan will revert to month to month pricing. Our "Knowledge Base” training areas and client login will be live during your enrollment.
