As a coach, I want to help prepare the mind to enjoy race-day and to be confident in instead of being a bundle of nerves....taking on the attitude that “I get to do this”!  My vision for my athletes are for them to be fit and balanced for as long as they want to participate in endurance sports.  My hope is to pay it forward to my athletes from my personal experience.
